All sales are final as they are made to order! Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges and Refunds

EDITING AN ORDER: After placing an order, you are allowed to make any edits or cancel within 24 hours of placing. Once 24 hours have passed, your order is considered final sale.

ADDRESS CHANGE: After placing an order, you are allowed to make any edits to your address as long as it has not been shipped. Please send us an email at service@foexy.com!

EXCHANGE & REFUND EXCEPTIONS:
Only if there has been a mistake on our part, namely:

  1. If an order has been sent with the incorrect size, design, or color.
  2. If an order has any missing items.
  3. If an item arrives defective, damaged or has a misprint.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER APPLIES TO THOSE EXCEPTIONS? Please contact us through the Contact Us page or send us an email (service@foexy.com). You will receive a response within 24-48 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
