Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an order confirmation to the email address you entered with the rest of your details. If you don’t receive one for some reason, check your spam / junk emails or double-check that you entered your email address properly. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3 business days, and delivery to the US can take 10-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Most orders ship from China.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. However, we’re excited to announce that we’re working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon. Stay tuned for updates.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final as they are made to order. We only offer exchanges or refunds only if there has been a mistake on our part, such as damaged items etc. After placing an order, you are allowed to edit it or cancel it within 24 hours of placing. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (Remember to check your junk mailbox). You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the couriers website.
